ABOUT NANCY

Nancy Trigg (she/her) is a seasoned executive and people-focused leader with extensive experience building and leading consistently successful and engaged teams.  With 20 years as a high-performing operational leader, and equal experience coaching and mentoring from within organizations, Nancy blends strategic advising and leadership coaching to be a great partner to leaders, helping to optimize both organizational and individual performance. She embraces challenges and meets every obstacle directly with optimism and a certainty that there is a positive way through.

 

Nancy, additionally, has spent decades developing tools for managing complicated relationships and strengthening team dynamics in the workplace, and considers herself a master “team builder”.   With a passion for bringing out the best in teams, she has an eye for performance metrics and builds programs and culture that encourage all team members to bring their best selves to work each day.

 

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado and a Certificate in Strategic HR Leadership from Cornell, is a Fellowship graduate of the Community Foundation Conscious Leadership program and holds a Certification in Coaching for Business Leaders and Culture Influencers.

Diversity Statement

Nancy Trigg is a fierce ally for psychological safety in the workplace and infuses all of her coaching and consulting with a “JEDI” (Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) mindset.

She will encourage all of her clients to explore advocacy for themselves and those around them.

Additionally, she will share best practices for building an equitable and diverse workplace.

Nancy does not promote herself as a Diversity and Inclusion contractor, as she is on her own journey of growth and learning, which she strongly believes will be a lifetime process.
